GreenArc Solutions ("GreenArc", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to greenarcsolutions.in and of the clients we serve. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

- Contact form: your name, email address, company name (if provided), the enquiry type you select, whether you request an NDA, and the details of your message.
- Onboarding questionnaire: if you complete it, the business details you provide (business type, industry, accounting software, state of your books, number of accounts, transaction volume, services needed, and any notes).
- Client records: when providing bookkeeping and accounting services, we process the financial documents and data you share with us under a separate engagement agreement.
- Technical data: your IP address and approximate country, and standard request information, used for security, anti-spam, and rate limiting. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and prepare a scope and quote.
- To prepare, deliver, and support your financial records and reports.
- To protect the website and our inbox from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.
Service providers we use
We keep our tooling minimal and use trusted providers to run the website and handle enquiries. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers the website, provides the "are you human" security check (Cloudflare Turnstile), stores enquiries securely so none are lost, and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor analytics.
- Resend delivers the enquiry and NDA emails to us and, where applicable, to you.
- GoDaddy provides our email mailbox (finance@greenarcsolutions.in).
- Accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online and Xero, used only when delivering services to you as a client.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not track you across other sites. The security check on our forms may set a short-lived token solely to confirm the submission is genuine.
How we protect your information
We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), a content security policy and other security headers, access controls, per-address rate limiting on our forms, and secure handling of client documents.
Data retention
We retain enquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and then remove or archive them. Client records are retained in line with our engagement terms and applicable legal and tax requirements.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email finance@greenarcsolutions.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
